Outstanding attention from Dr Rice today (8/5/18) during my abdomen US. Dr Rice fully explained everything that was happening, put me at ease, a great "bedside manor" and seemed a true professional and expert. Dr Rice was very attentive in a polite yet charming way, answered my questions, explained what he was doing (ultrasound of neck with biopsy), and at all stages made me feel comfortable (I had acute back pain) and very at ease. It was obvious I was in the hands of an extremely competent doctor! All the staff were so nice, I was seen on time, and the whole experience was very positive at, what is, an anxious time in my life.
